it's "quick" but not fast. I didn't see any dyno graphs or sheets to prove the power, maybe they're estimating their power but who knows, looks like it be a fun sedan to boot around in.

The first few frames actually say its a '93 Corolla with Garrett T3 Turbo', so my guess is its a 93...

I'm not too worried about the bottom end. Garrett T03 isnt that big for a corolla, I have the same turbo on my corolla, taking it to a dyno end of this month probably, hoping to get about the same power.

For him to be making 250hp he would have to be using 7AFE with 4AGE heads. With that combo you at about 170 fly hp or 140whp. Add the turbo and i estimate he shoul dbe more around 230-240 fly hp or 190 - 200whp. These are just estimates... I cant see using a 4AFE making 250hp, if it is thats just insane cause then he would be making close to 300lb feet of torque if he tuned it properly.
