Abs Sensor

hi everyone, new member here in need of some help.

i have a 95 corolla 1.8 w/abs automatic. i was in the midst of removing the hub assembly so i can remove the hub bearin an replace it, in the midst i tried to remove the abs sensor and broke it in doin so.. will the sensor affect anything else besides the car not havin abs? or does the sensor only send a signal to the dash?

my other question is , how do i replace the sensor? i see the wires leading up top to the fender but have no idea on how to replace this....

3 rd question is , do i have abs anymore? the abs light is on on the dash now.

thanks for your help.

ABS will not be engaged on that wheel anymore. This sends a signal to the ABS ECU to let it know if the wheel has locked up. No signal - No ABS.

To replace it there should be a connector under the fender mud guard, so you will need to remove this to get to the connector, on the hub - it just screws off.
