ae92?

I think its called a ae92. Its the corolla coupe, but not the hatchback. I have someone who is selling hers, its a 86 so I think it's rwd...haven't gotten a chance to pop the hood. Anyways, just wondering if it is even worth buying for any type of drifting and what is the weight ratio on it. Thanks!

That would be an AE86, the AE92's (like the one in my signature below) were built from 88-91/92 and they were front wheel drive.

The AE86 is an awesome drifting machine as far as I know, I'm not an AE86 expert myself, but a lot of members in here who own one would probably be of more help. As long as the car is in great shape and NO rust, and as long as it's a GTS model then you should be ok. but be warned, older cars are always money pits if they're not taken care of properly.

one thing to tell apart from AE86 and AE92s are, that AE86 are rear wheel drive and ae92 are front wheel..... you can drift easier with rear wheel.

last time i heard AE86 hatch backs are 50/50 wieght distribution..but i dunno about the coupe.
