Lightbulb Has anyone else put ST185 calipers on a 7th gen?

I got me a pair of ST185 calipers for cheap (calipers, pads, and brackets for $90 shipped) and going on some information from someone I beleive that they should just bolt right to my 7th gen (2nd gen prizm). Has anyone else tried or done this swap? I did a quick search but I didnt turn anything up. the only problems i forsee are...
1. clearing my Prizm GSI wheels (moreso offset then wheel Inner diameter)
2. the ST185 rotors/Celica ST rotors are a little thicker than mine are

I think I can solve #2 with some DIY shims, I'm handy with sheetmetal . #1 is what has me most concerned. If its just a minor bit of scraping I can file a little tiny bit off the back of the wheels to make clearence, but if its a big hitting then I'm boned. Would these calipers work on a 9th gen corolla/matrix? If so then I have someone to resell them to, he has aftermarket wheels so clearance shouldnt be a problem.\

just for clarity, thats 1990-1991 Alltrac Celica brakes, aka Celica GT4.

the ST185 calipers have a slightly larger pad, but most importantly are dual piston. this means that the inboard pad applys more evenly and that it takes less hyrdolic pressure to apply it. basically less pedal pressure for the same amount of braking that you'd get with more pedal pressure on the single piston caliper. hopefully it doesnt wreak too much havoc with my 'afterthought abs' as i like to call it, that delco abs4 only seems to pulse after a wheel has locked

They're here! Seized up a bit, but thats REALLY easy to fix. I'll see if they bolt on and clear the offset of my wheels tomorrow. If they dont clear or dont bolt on I can rebuild them, paint them, and sell them for $$$ more than I paid.

2 piston calipers are a little tricky to get apart.

use the air to blow one piston out, then pull its seal skirt, insert it back into the bore just enough to seal, hold it there with a C clamp, then blow the other piston out, then hope that you can easily pull out the 1st piston.

what color should i paint them? silver or matte black?
