AE86 SR5 needing fixes

So here I am, all the way in Markham/Toronto area looking for good garages that are willing to fix this car up. Anyone have any good places that are close by?

Currently I have the following problems:

1. Parking brake cables snapped (right-side)
2. Catalytic converter needs replacing (nasty exhaust smell, engine shaking/power loss? et. al)
3. Power steering not running at the moment (might be leaking at the boots, boots are also busted and need replacement)
4. Rear windshield leaking (or taillights? I'm not sure how to check on this one)

1. Like I told you the dealer is the best bet for the parking cable.

2. A high flow one is $150ish just have to tell them the exhaust pipe size.

3. Guys on here would know the cost to get it rebuilt. I didn't

4. I found on my ae92 that it was the tail lights when I took the carpet out and there was dirt that had dried in water patterns on the tops of them. People sometimes use chalk to check it.
