95 corolla brake problem

ok i hope someone here can help me, recently the brakes on my 95 corolla started going down to the floor, they still slow the car down, but once it's stopped, the car will inch forward unless you pump them.

It sounds like the brakes are mushy, due to the need for a brake job. I thought about air in the lines but he said the fluid is still full as if the brakes have never been touched, or at least not in a longgggg time.

sounds like you just found an air pocket that somehow managed to avoid being bled out or you have a leak/loose connection somewhere. It could be a bad master cylinder but I would check the easy stuff first. Try bleeding your brakes and look for signs of leakage. Make sure the bleeder valves on top of the calipers are tight. They are easy to break off so be careful not to over-tighten.
