The boro crew dynoed their cars a few years back, I think Shaun's car with a smallport (now Derek's car with a GZE in it) dynoed at about 101hp or so.. he barely broke the triple digits. I think Minesh's car (Redrum) with a bigport dynoed just under 100hp also.
Yeah braking into triple digits is the goal with our cars..
different dynos always show different readings from what I know, hence the reason why I'm thinking of doing a couple of runs myself before I start doing any mods to see what the base will be.
lol 65 damit get it right !!! and yes it took about 4/5 runs to get it figured out & actually get numbers out of the car so really the 65HP could be wrong but i could care less where its at right now.. my first run was figuring out what gear ran best & found out 3rd worked better, we had the drag on as well to simulate the road but my car pulled like i was going up hill lol took me a lifetime to get up to 100 in forth which is why they stopped me & said to use third gear, the last run was without the drag which is what gave me these numbers... & yes this is wheel HP not crank my crank HP would be closer to 100

That seems abnormally low, I'm willing to bet they had the dyno set up wrong. I don't have any race or mechanic expeirence to back that up, but my gut says it just isn't right.
hmm that is strange. You should check your engines compression if its doing alright.
my car runs fine we just did a compression check a few weeks ago & we where pretty impressed with the numbers ! if my car ran like shit i think we would see that in my power curve...
& yes i can beleive that the dyno wasnt set right because it took 4 runs to get these numbers & if thats the case there went 60 bucks

also that was probally a loaded dyno, which is set up so that higher power cars can get a more accurate reading, but it doesnt really show accurate readings on lower power cars
