2007 arial base fix/replace???

Garage door malfunctioned and the arial and the threaded nut(?) was pulled from the base of the roof mount. The dealer is 100 mile trip away. Does anyone know what would be involved with fixing the problem? The two people I talked to at the dealer did not know what was required to do the fix. Can the nut(?) be put back into the base? Can the base be changed without changing the the wire lead to the head unit?

I am afraid that you might have to buy a new base which would cost about 200. What they have to do is remove the radio and i would assume to drop the headliner and then feen the new base through the headliner to the radio
