Heres pics of my headers, its not for a 4AGE tho :P

Header pipes, stainless

My headers are 4-2-1 design, so heres the downpipe and collector with the flexy portion

you have enuff space for the downpipe to go straight thru the frame bar.....

i think all that we really need is a custom downpipe.....that's what's eating away at our power right now. the ae92 factory downpipe design is such garbage...has crimps and bends all over the place. at one point in the pipe the exhaust gasses has to flow through something like 2cm high and 2inch wide....really stupid.

So why don't we get a muffler shop to do a few downpipes then? that would be a lot cheaper and since we'd probably get a few, they might give us a groupbuy discount.

well i wasnt thinking of a gb on this, but i wouldnt mind.

i was gonna go solo....just go to brullen and get one made in 2.25inch stainless steel and extend it so i wont have to use the cat. with that i garuntee that i'll be making triple digit dyno figures

shaun lets get the 20V and then make headers and what not

then we be pushin some serious power with no torque
