Daytime Running Lights AND Marker lights no worky

I don't care really about the Daytimes, but no marker lights means a cop could pull me over at night, and since that may result in a DUI, I'd looove to avoid that.

Yeah, so, I've checked the fuses, they are all fine. Reset the two relays inside the engine fuse block, nothing changed.

Looking at the wiring schematic in my Chiltons, it shows a bunch of relays though, that I'm not seeing. Where are they? I'm *guessing* that I may have tripped the Main Daytime Running Light Relay, because I hooked up my tach illum. to the wrong wire in the three wires going to the dimmer switch (fixed this by attaching to the green wire going to the switch, tach rocks now).

ALL other lights work, its ONLY the DRL and front markers. I cant recall if they worked before the tach install, and Yes, I checked the bulbs too.

I know it's a noob question, but hopefully someone can help.

edit: forgot to try hazards, they work! But the marker lights still dont when putting them on with the switch, and I noticed I can hear a relay 'click-thunking' (more a thunk than a click) when turning the switch.

So is this sounding like a bad relay?
