Dash Speaker Install help '91 Wagon?

Just got a nice '91 Corolla Wagon as a gift from a family member...about to update the stereo and speakers for some better tunes, and when i took the grills off i saw that the metal dash support sits over them...can anyone give some tips on installing new front lower dask speakers? What needs to be taken apart? how hard is it to do? Any tricks to get to the speakers easier and slide them out? ANY help would be much appreciated! Thanks in adavance!
