Hey Guys, About a month ago I purchased my first brand new car......a 2002 Corolla S type. Theres already so many Mods i wanna make. As we speak my baby is at the shop getting tints and all the back enblems shaved......with the exception of the red S symbol. I'm going to go for a whole black and red theme, being that the interior of the car is all black with hints of red stiching in all the right places. Im still awaiting the black and red combat style momo shift knob I ordered. As soon as I can I will post a picture of my new pride and joy. If you have any ideas for me.....please let me know.

welcome!

It's nice to see another girl on the boards! as we guys think they are always leaning toward the ever popular hondas for compact modding!!
anyways, there are an abundance of corolla owners here new and old! mainly from the toronto area, canada.

we hope you can find us to be helpful and humourous!!

enjoy!
Andrew

Thanks guys! Its nice to feel welcome! By the way, I looked at the momo steering wheel, and its hot! But I have to take into consideration my air bag......will i loose it? Also Im kinda partial to the one in there now, its leather wrapped, and it sorta resembles the IS wheel. I was thinking about getting black and red leather seats ......what do ya think?

hmm... where's the helpful part Andrew? You didn't make a single suggestion to S Girl :???:
As for the humour, do I need to say any thing else
My suggestion...I don't have any 'cause I don't have a 'Rolla  But stick around and I'm sure our resident 'Rolla crew and others will give you plenty of ideas.

BTW- Welcome S Girl

if you do get the momo, you WILL loose your air bagg, and will probably face a stiff fine if you are caught by police. keep the one you have in there now. that wheel is already good.

if the seats are like the 2001 corolla just different color, then changing seats is a good idea, if you like corners at high speeds. i have recaro delsol seats in my 1988 gt-s. the regular corolla seats are kinda big and too flat not supportive enough for my frame...

Welcome on board S Girl...

What do you plan on doing with your car besides having cool accessories and other bolt-ons to your ride? A good plan would be to ask yourself questions like: Do you wanna go fast/quick? Do you want this Corolla to handle? Do you want your car to look like "da Bomb"?

Corolla guys like going to the track for open track days to improve on driving skills, hopefully this year we can see more of our female counterparts particpating with us! See you around...

Oh about having the Red/Black theme...that would look cool, but instead of having leather/vinyl, i think velour would not only look better and set your car apart, but would probably feel better.
