Maintenance Required Light

I know this issue has been brought up before, but I can't seem to find a thread on how to reset the "Maintenance Required Light".

If anyone knows the correct procedure to reset it please post it. I know its not due for an oil change since I changed it 700 miles ago. Thanx for your feedback

on my car you could unhook the battery and wait a couple minutes then hook it back up..kinda like a reset switch but i dont know if it will work for your car
