My rough idle returned and disappeared again. ( check engine has never lit up)
Should I clean the Idle air control valve? It is an 04' Corolla.

hi im new here so i dont know what problem you had with your idle before. try to clean the throttle house. i have done it on some cars at work and it have resulted in that the idle has gone up a few rpms back to normal idle.

I inspected the mass air wire. It is spotless. Throttle body may need a scrubin'

BTW I have an intermittent rough idle with no check engine light on.
(52000 miles 04'Corolla)
