2005 Corolla XRS Wheels vs 2003 Matrix XRS Wheels

I was looking for some wheels to put my spare set of racing tires on. Since the SCCA has a requirement on the wheels having the same offset, I thought I'd buy another set of wheels that are the same as the stock one and was wondering if the 2003 Matrix XRS wheels are the same as the ones on the 2005 Corolla XRS because they look the same.

You mean the Matrix XR, the Matrix XRS comes with 17s whereas the Corolla XRS comes with 16s which I believe are the same as the Matrix XR except they have different offset.

Yes stock Corolla XRS and Matrix XRS 16 inches rims are identical. The 17 inch rims on the Matrix XRS are a bit too heavy so I would recommend going with light weight 17 inch rims.
