tried to replace the 2004 drivers side view mirror but cannot propely remove the inside door panel to unplug the mirror and replace. Any help in this area would be appreciated?

my car is a 95 corolla. I removed the door panel to fix a new speaker. the mirror has a separate small triangle. this triangle is held by only clips and can simply be pryed out. But, the door has two screws in the door armrest and one in the lever (that opens the door). THe rest is only clips.

I think when you go to pull it off...you need to undo all of the screws and make sure youve got them all but I pulled up towards the window. Thats how Mine was BUT mine is a ninty six so it may be diferent...PEACE*LOVE*SPEED
