It would be cheaper to buy another car. Its going to be expensive to pay someone to do that type of swap. Your also in CA, emmision is goin got be a PIA with a different motor and even harder since the SR20DET was never available in the US. (I assume your going use a turbo, becuase it would be foolish $ wise)

why dont you look around, rather than expect everyone to give all the information to you on a plate. If you're going to attempt this project, finding the engine should be the easiest task and if you cant do that by yourself, how do you expect to do all the other stuff that actually require some ingenuity.
Sorry if this sounds like flaming, I'm just saying that you should put some effort into this yourself and not expect everyone to guide you all the way through.
