I know this is crazy considering all the work I just did rebuilding her 7AFE engine in her 93 Corolla but Ive found a 4AGZE supercharged w/5 spd tranny for $800, comes with:
Motor
All required Cables
5 Speed Manual transmission
Distributor
Complete Intake Manifold
Alternator
A/C
Power Steering Pump
All Brackets and Sensors
Should I jump oin this and try to sell her 7AFE or what?
i'm confused...... what is listed doesn't match any 4agze's ever sold.....
if it comes with a distributor, then it was from an aw11..... and would not have a power steering pump....
if it IS from an aw11 (mr2) then the trans would need to be modified to work in the corolla and you would need to make sure it has the external regulator for the alternator (only the s/c mr2 had this.... all corolla's had internal regulators)
might want to get some more info on what's for sale

Don't trust any jdm engine sites info. Most, if not all the time it's just general information. The prices are 99.99% not the same once you get quoted from them. Alot of engine sites will list stuff like "stock turbo" and ish like that for 4agze's, and 20V's even. They don't spend alot of time updating the toyota sections of their sites. So if you want the real specs of the engines their selling email them. I have yet to find an accurate site for jdm toyota engines, whether it's the price or the specs. But from what I've heard, Osaka seems to be a pretty reliable source, email them. I got a quote from them for a gze of silvertop shipped to my door for 1200$.
Man save your troubles and find yourself a 20 valve head and put it on your 7AFE....which will turn into 7AGE. 20V 1.8L prob put you around 140-150whp...at the least.

In this particular situation I wouldn't do it. If it sounds to good to be true........(you know the rest). I would however consider getting a 20v head. That wouldnt require a whole lot of time or really any issues and you would have basically a brand new engine (almost). And a dependable car for a LONG time.......
Just so you know, unless they've gone through a major reorganization in the last few months, Osaka has a very, VERY bad rep with the locals. Most of the engines that have been purchased through them have been pretty crap if you don't go there personally to pick one out.
And punter's right. Just drive it. Unless you want to make the drive out to MTL to get the engine, have it installed, then drop the 7A-FE off at my house on the way back to Washington.
