get a rebuild kit, seals,,,, get some emery cloth (very fine grade), since it is cast iron, you can clean and smooth out the roughness and corrosion the bore in the cylinder. put the new seals in... and walla... you have a rebuilt hydraulic cylinder. Don't ever use the emry cloth on aluminum hydraulic cylinders,,,, it will ruin it, cast iron is ok... same with brake cyliinders... only on cast iron ones....
or if you can get new for a really good price do that,, but the rebuild kits used to be dirt cheap.. also, when you loosena nd tighten the bleed valves, be very very careful, they are very small and weak, can break easily,, be very careful... use a self bleed kit (cheap at auto parts stores..)
