ae86 Motor Swap Questions

Hey all I just bought an 86 corolla. The stock motor in it right now is carburated. I just installed a new fuel cell in the trunk and the car is completely gutted. Im looking to do a swap when I home from christmas beak next month.

What swap do you feel is the best for this car. Im looking into the 4agze but im not 100% sure yet.

Also going back to the carburated motor. Is it a pain in the ass putting a fuel injected motor and what needs to be done in order to do a motor swap.

Im very knowlegdable with cars and have installed numerous motor swaps but havent dealt with carb motors yet. Trying to get some info togather before i get myself into some fun.

Any feedback would be helpful.

4AGE would probably be the easiest. If your looking for big power, I would suggest a 4AGTE.

Depeneds on what you want to do with the car. I would do something radical like a v8 swap or a 2JZ-GTE
