Saftey Belt Rattles, same on all vehicles?!!!! - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Well I have had a few new cars in my time, never before were rattles so annoying (1,500 miles).
They come only from the drivers side door/saftey belt/window area, especially when window cracked open or radio volume over 25%, I love my Corolla but this takes alot of fun out of the otherwise very quiet ride.... any tips on how to resolve this is greatly appreciated.

At one point, my wife and I each had a 2005 corolla LE.

One that we traded had a very annoying rattle behind where the seatbelt went into the side of the car. Was on the drivers side. It was very annoying and we lived with it until we traded.

Our other 2005 corolla did not do it? Go figure.

After doing some research, there are MANY others having a problem with saftey belt area rattles, Tacomas, Camry's, Corollas.... leads me to believe all toyotas have the same belt tensioner?? any resolution?
