If you want it to perform your going to need to spend some money...I mean if you want performance go turbo...but thats going to be a few K out of your pocket...If your looking to spend a little....Intake, headers, exhaust, strutbar, sway bar...That'll run u like 1000...

cuz at the moment im rallying it in stock condition as thats wat the rules allow...
but if i want to jump up a categorie... i just need a few small things that will give me some power...
and to tell the truth i reli know shit all about wat headers and stuff will do... so if u can explain wat putting better headers on, will do...

Assuming you have a 4afe, How would a 4age conversion bump you up a class.
They're both N/A EFI 1600's

As a p-plater, learn to drive first then start to get power in your car, you'll have less of a chance of killing yourself from losing control of the car.
I'd concentrate on suspension and brakes if I was you.

driving on track and street are two very different things.
Whiteline does good stuff, check their list.

What sort of events??
Best upgrade for corollas is the rear sway bar, get rid of that understeer.
Whiteline do a very good adjustible rear bar.

4afe brakes are crap, I killed mine very very quick on the track. Get some 4age brakes at least with some good pads (EBC, mintex or similar) and some good fluid. They will bolt straight on.
If your doing circut work then consider a rear disc conversion (no point for anything other events).

Why not save your money and do an engine swap when your allowed to.
Working a 4afe is allot more expensive than a 4age.

Usually $3500 to $7000 depending on what you're doing and how much of it you can do yourself.

You still haven't said what sort of race event you do in it.

But for now i'd just forget about the engine, just do the regular service things on it and forget it.
