Corolla CD Changer Questions?

So I replaced the Stock CD-Changer in my 06 Corolla, with a new head unit, and I was thinking of selling the stock changer since I don't intend to ever put it back in. I have a few questions though It is a CD Changer from a 2006 Corolla LE, it's a Panasonic Model 86120-02440. What model years is this change compatible with? Also does anyone know how much Toyota would charge for a new one, so I can get an approximate value on this thing? I don't wan't to sell it for $10 . Thanks

Electronically, it's compatible with pretty much any Toyota (or car for that matter). However, physically, it's only going to work in another Corolla of the same generation as yours. As far as pricing goes, see where this auction ends at. Using dealer pricing as a starting point won't really help that much, as the demand for OEM radios isn't exactly huge.

Yeah I know I was mainly curious I always like to put the retail price for things in my auctions.
