how i go about changing them

Couple different options:

1. Drive/Tow the car to a shop and tell them to diagnose/fix the car.

2. Buy a manual or subscription to Alldata.com and read over the procedure. Pick up a basic set of hand tools and go to town on it. Once the head is off, have it pressure checked/surfaced if necessary. Buy a head set/new bolts/timing belt and put it back together.

it's coo i got it off and did a 3 angle too it changed the cam gear to an obx-r cam
