Spark Plugs for corolla 2003

Hi guys,

I have a problem with installing some spark plugs in my corolla 2003. I managed to put the first two spark plugs in the left side, but the other right with the other two i couldn't pull the plug connecting it. So now I have two new ones and two old ones, is this all right? And the plugs that can't be removed by hand....is there a device or tool that i can use to pull the plugs that connect to the spark plugs? Any help would be well appreciated. Thank you in advance fellas.

I have yet to change the plugs on my 05 BUT I would not leave 2 new plugs and 2 old plugs.

That is just me though.

Interestingly enough, I am curious to see how hard it is to do as all my past cars have been pretty darn simple other than my subaru impreza.

Just curious as to why you changed your plugs and how many miles on your car, I have an 03 with 63K(miles) and the car runs fine using OEM iridium plugs, the maintenance manual said to change them at 100K...When you pulled them out what did they look like? As for having 2 new and two old plugs it can't hurt, plugs are plugs...Unless you had a "miss" problem then you might not have replaced the "bad" plugs...It sounds like you just changed them to do a tune up!

BTW I had a older Pontiac Grand Prix V6 3.1 Liter and replacing the back three plugs was a bitch so I just replaced the front three and drove a couple years till I got rid of it with no problems...
