Sounds like you have a lot of questions. Maybe try narrowing them down with a search here and also over at http://www.club4ag.com/.

I'm sure some one here can tell you what they're running as well... good luck

Is this Rob?

I'm Vivek's friend and saw you at Shannonville last year, saw the post on ClubSi about your new car too.

I have a 20v 4AGE 212mm flywheel with 2 used pressure plates and 2 used clutch discs.

This setup is 100% bolt on to your AE86, it's 3 lbs lighter than the smaller 200mm 18lb flywheel currently in your car. It's not shaved either, these 212mm flywheels weigh 15lbs straight from the factory.

Email me if you want these.

Lots of meat left, the clutch came straight off my 20v. You can give me a call to come see it for yourself if you want, I have matching 2 clutches and 2 pressure plates and just want to clear some space up in my garage for the rest of the 20v swap.

I can get brand new (not rebuilt) aftermarket 20v clutches if you want also. Sprung hubs, not rubber ones.

you can get your gas tank coated with polyurathane at Gas Tank Renu. 1414 martingrove. (416) 744-2744. they quoted me 180+tx and a 3yr warranty. I gotta leak too and I wanna go next weekend to get this done.

Hello
I would look into fitment issues w/ the 212 mm flywheel.
I think you will need to shave the inside of you tranny an use a differnt starter. Atleast you have to when dealing w/ the fwd layout's that start out as 200mm units.
Not sure about this one go to www.club4ag.com for more info.

You're totally mistaken for AE86.

The starter ring gear diameter is the same as the 200mm AE86 flywheel with the same number of teeth. This means you can use the AE86 starter - simply count the teeth if you doubt me.

It's the actual face of the flywheel that's 212mm, the overall diameter and thickness of the flywheel are still the same as the 200mm flywheel.

My bad!!
That's what I get for putting my FWD tech in the RWD world.
I know in the FWD it's the size of the starter sproket that has to match the flywheel to get good ingagement. (200vs212)
