i found a 4age

i was at the junkyard today and i actually found a 4age that is good. the "twin cam" is red and the "16 valve" is blue, and it has tvis. what motor is this? a bigport/smallport/what? i cant find a definitive answer anywhere.

what car and what year car was it in, with the TVIS its one of the big ports i think red but the year of the car will help out to.

there's a big port redtop as well

if they're stock valve covers, it's a bigport.....

the smallports had red and black lettering.....

it was in an MR2 not sure of the year but i think it was older than 88. so the bigport isnt really worth it, should i be looking for a smallport?

It's a blue top bigport, same as the AE86 and AE82s, the 88-89 AE92s had the redtop bigport 4AGEs.

only 4age I've seen at a wrecker was in an ae92 gts around here. But the engine had caught fire
