ok im still working on the whole 7age hybrid swap but what im wanting to know is how hard is it to switch from a 4afe to a 7afe
reason being i can get a 7afe off of a friend thats doing a 3sgte swap to his 94 st he said he will sell me the whole engine for 200...if i pull it out myself

also can i take a 4afe intake manifold and bolt it onto a 7afe head.....only reason asking is cause of less confusion for me doing vac lines and such

It shouldn't be any harder than installing the 7age minuss the fact you don't have to take off the head or switch out the pistons.
You'll have to install the engine,harness, and computer just as if you were doing the 7age (right harness and computer for the head your going to use).
Don't know about the 4a intake manifold fitting the 7a head.
