HELP: Steering Wheel Removal

hello i just purchased a new steering wheel and was wondering if there was a way to get the steering wheel off without the sst 09609-20011 and if not where could i buy this from i am from australia so stores in australia would b a good help

just take the little screws out of the sides and then disconnect the airbag/horn pad and take the center nut off and just keep hitting the sides of the wheel untill it comes off. not hard at all takes like 5 min. and that ssc is a joke.
