Test drove my car

Me and my dad test drove the car today. While i was at the passenger side looking at the guages my dad was testing the car on the highway... The motor has its strong pull from 4000 all the way to 8000. my dad floored it from 2, 3, 4, and halfway to 5 and the motor seems to be enjoying redlines all the time. just did it for a short burst and thats it...

conclusion... the motor is perfect for mid to highspeed runs... 4th gear at 8000 was not bad the motor was not waiting it pulls nice even at 5th gear.. we just run out of space coz there was traffic ahead. not to bad for a small car

Ryan, I didn't realize what a pain it is to remove the power steering bracket. I still have the guage sitting in my garage...

That is one wicked setup.....

Deep - im planning to do roadrace for now and later put a turbo on the 20v for drag.. and see whats the next project is gonna be I want to go with EFI so that i can drive the car every day and save the KM on my corolla s

Norm - it should be that hard... just remove the p.s. belt. the loosen the pump there are two screws just at the back of the p.s. pulley. take off the top and losen the bottom. then remove the 3 screws that holds the bracket... then wala u have ur oil sender ready to be taken off.... i dont remember what i used to remove the sender i think is a 14mm open wrench and remove it from the back or use those pipe wrech and grip the sender. Good Luck
