I am having trouble with my 86 fwd corolla it has the 4ac engine. When I start it up it idles good for having 148,000 mi. But as soon as you turn on the parking lights or the rear defroster it idles at ~2,500rpm. The Haynes manual shows a electrical fast idle solenoid in the scematic. Could this be the problem? If so is there any adjustment on it? Thanks for any and all help.
