Unhappy Fuel Filter Woes

Trying to change the fuel filter today (in attempt to see if whats up with my engine stalling problems) but I broke the fuel filter bracket (Too rusty and snapped.) Fucken bolt won't unscrew nearly breaking and bending up my fuel lines. How the hell you take this damn filter off?
btw, I open the gas cap and unhooked the battery. argh!

Anyone got a spare bracket I can steal? oh yeah I'm looking for a fuel pump too. I checked my spark and I got spark on all 4 plugs so it can't be the wires or ignition.

I actually bought mine from crappy tire.
Maybe I'll pick it up from the dealer instead (because of the bracket)
How the hell do you get the lines off?? god. I was thinking I just have to set up my socket wrench then give it a good whack with a rubber hammer
