Serpentine tensioner - 99 Corolla

Quick question: I have a 1999 Corolla CE with about 111000 miles. The thread about the 98 Corolla said that a 19mm combination wrench would fit the tensioner bolt. Is this true for the 99? Can I fit a 19mm socket into there to loosen the bolt that way?

Also, do I need to remove the engine mount for any reason to get better access? Is there anything else I need to remove or loosen, such as the wheel? Thanks.

Just so you know, my questions are based on my experience with my 99 Saturn SW2. That thing has a serpentine tensioner that is very difficult to access!

You just need a box-end 19mm wrench to grab hold of and loosen the tensioner nut. Once the nut loosens up, use your other hand to remove the old belt. Reverse the steps when installing a new belt. The belt self-tensions around the pulleys in the Corolla.
