about how much power would i expect to gain from boring my block .20 over or would .30 be ok and not to thin on the cylinder walls? and about how much power from a P&P?

Your only going to gain less than 2 cubic inches of displacement form 0.030. Your probably going to gain a hp for each each cubic inch... The differeance bewteen 0.020 and 0.030 is factions of a hp.
