Wiring question!!!

Ok, so here's my plan:

Take a set of headlights from a 93-95 Corolla with the single bulb & the socket and sire it to my 97 corolla with dual bulbs.

Question is, IS THIS SAFE?

John

Safe in what way? Are the 97 dual bulbs low and high beam? You will need to rewire to adapt to the new single bulb wiring.

Yes, the 97 is separate hi/low while the other is single hi/low bulb.

I plan on getting the sockets from a junk yard and connecting the proper wires, while leaving the 2nd ground NOT connected.

Im just curious about any electrical damage/problems I might incur.

Why would you want to do this? Two separate bulbs are better than a dual filament bulb.
