Normal idle speed (2005 Corolla)

I've noticed recently with outside temps around 0F that my idle in my 2005 Coralla LE is around 2500RPM's. Does anyone else have a similar idle speed when it is this cold out? Just curious.

Mine does the same thing in all weather for a few minutes, at first it scared me but the dealer and other owners said this was normal and it hasn't caused any problems other then the noise, but mine runs around 20-21000 RPM, never got up to 25
