How to fix Titled Steering wheel

My bro replaced the front-right ball joint in 95 Corolla LE without me while I was at work, and seems he removed tie rod first and put it back. Finally ball joint is also replaced. But it seems he forgot to mark tie-rod position.As final result just the steering wheel is slanted / titled by 5~7 degree towards left, I took a test drive at various speed car does not pull either to right or left, it goes straight at any speed from 20mph. TO 80 mph.Is there any thing we can do with tie-rod adjustment and make steering wheel straight or we need to go for alignment?

go and get an alignment, and have them align the steering wheel at the same time.
