well... you'd have to custom make seat rails.

some ae92's come with racing seats, i think it was the last two years, i have the plain ones that came in the 88 and 89's.Perhaps you might look at getting the seats from, 1) 90 and newer ae92 corolla gts.2)fx-16 gts, 3)ive even seen 240sx seats in them but i think its kinda hard to make them fit. I personally think the fx seats look good.

I have an 88 and 90. Technicaly the seats are identical but the later versions have a different seat belt setup. The lap belt and should belt are seperate and run through the seats frame. The earlier AE92's lap and shoulder belts are intergrated. If you plan on swapping the seats its easier to just take them off the seat frame and transfer them that way. There are only 4 bolts holding the seat bottom to the frame, and come off very easy. The top 4 bolts are a little more tricky, you will need to undo the bottom upholstery clamps to slide the fabric up to reveal the bolts.

Both my cars have the same seatbelt setup, 3point belt. The seat fabric is different though.

Krissy.. all GTS have racing style seats, if you want to call them that.

OR if you're handy w/ a drill. You could drill out the rivets on the stock seat and bolt them onto an aftermarket seat. That's what i did since the seat i got (for free) from a friend didnt come w/ any bracketry.

I have an 88 black with grey interior, and a 90 white with blue interior. Luckily the blue was sun faded enough to pass as grey. Both fabrics are different in mine also, and I was worried how it was goona look. But after it was all said and done it turned out very well.
