Emergency Need Advise Quick

I had the head redone on my 93 corolla when i got it back i changed the fuel tank cuz it had a leak in it, now when i'm driving on the highway it's cool, but when i stop at a light or stop sign and then push the gas pedal it studders and sometimes shuts off, i figured it was the fuel filter, so i changed that and i fixed it for a little while, but it started to do it again. Any other suggestions on what it could be, i checked all my vacuum hoses they all were fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Was the fuel tank you installed clean inside? You say you fixed it for awhile after the filter was changed. So maybe it's clogged again? I guess I would try changing that again and see what happens.

yea tank was clean, the last few times it only has done it when it was hot outside

is the ignition timming correct, that can cause driveability problems

yeah timing was set right, i was going to change the oil and plugs this weekend

i was thinking maybe the pump, but i never had problems before, i'm going to jack the car up and make sure everything is snug and tight
