K&N Air Filters

K&N High Flow Air Filter...

has anyone put one into their car?
any difference?
it's suppose to improve acceleration but it seems like it makes it even slower, smoother but picks up slower....

any feedback?

My friend put one in his car, I wasn`t that impressed by it. A high flow filter can only go so far. People won`t agree with me but, I`d look into a cpu upgrade if your looking for something that gives you bang for your dollar, without going to extrems with performance parts. But for a good performing car you do need a good intake system and exhaust.

Are we talking drop-in or intake? If its intake then I can see you losing some low end torque, but the top should pull nicer. If we're talking drop-in then you shouldn't have any low end losses.
