89 SR5 Alternator

Ok so I am pretty sure the bearing in my alternator just bit the dust. So I've got to wonder if there are rebuild kits for them?
I am pretty strapped with cash at the moment so taking it in to get rebuilt or buying a new one are completely out of the question, unfortunatly....

Or if anyone in Ontario has one for a 4af (not sure if the 4afe or 4age alternators are the same) laying around that they want to sell mention it to me

If anyone knows the answer to the 4age, 4afe, and 4af alternators being the same or different I wouldn't mind the answer . Thanks

i dont know the answer, but I have a rebuilt one with 10,000 on it that I could ship to you for a very small $ and whatever shipping is. Its from a 4afe 89 All-Trac Sedan (thats right I said sedan )

I found a used one for $75, problem is it went and I need my car for work :S
