I think Pipercross makes filters...and I know there's a JDM K&N filter that fits over aftermarket trumpets. As for the OEM stacks themselves, no idea, although aftermarket stacks for motorcycles might well fit with a little modification. I know TechnoToyTuning sells a set of stacks for the 20V...

For velocity stacks, check out T3, they have them for both ST and BT

Filter socks, UNI or ITG.

T3 stacks+ITG filters= fit like they're made for each other.

The ITG filters I got from an online store in UK, I forgot the site/seller name at the moment.....will let you know when I find it.

If you search for ITG filters or sock filters through google you'll probably find some links. Or check out ebay once in awhile.
