87 Corolla lurches under light throttle

Hey all!
I have a 1987 Toyota Corolla. It runs fine under medium to heavy throttle and it runs fine at idle. But, when I'm just applying light pressure to the gas pedal to hold speed, it lurches like the engine is missing. It also lurches a little when I lift off the throttle completely and just coast while in gear. But it's not as noticeable as when I just lightly apply throttle to maintain speed. Any ideas?

Nope. New plugs, wires, cap and rotor. It doesn't miss at idle and it disappears when I press the throttle a little harder. It only does it when I lightly hold the throttle just to hold speed.
