i love my 20v ....and my carbs(mmmm yummy). it doesn't make much power imho but i love the sucker to death!! but to be honest i thought it made more power than it really does...
my 20V is alright, it lets me down sometimes, it's just not as quick as i expected it to be but it seems to be a quite reliable engine so far. i got a blacktop head so hopefully i can swap some stuff to get a little more juice from this mellon. after that, either supercharge or turbo it.
lol dude whoever buys any car and expects to run 12's has high hopes unless he's got some serious mods.
i got my ST for about 650US, inclusive of gbox harness brain sensors etc.
my plan was for the 3S but the engine i had in b4 gave up to soon, didnt have the $$ for the 3S at the time so. thats why im 4ag now.
carbs are sexy and are easier to work with and have less wiring and probablems than EFI.....oh and they sound better!!
custom adapter
msd timing so i didnt need vaccum adavnce
oh and i have a msd coil
and the 20v is only as overatted as the 4age itself
oh and N/A>boost ....its just more expensive.
i still want to see some dyno graphs on your set-up before i can say anything about it. i haven't seen any carb 20V efficient enough to say it's good. most of the ones that i know who tried are now back to EFI.
better get those dynoed first, then we'll talk.
