Canada Gen 8 suspension upgrade??

Hey just wondering if anyone had any suggestions to help me out. I have a 2002 Corolla that has 170,000km on it and no problems so far. runs great but it's time for some new suspension. Dont want to put stock parts back in so just looking on suggestions on what shocks/struts etc to put in. Want something stiffer then stock but nothing ridiculus as I do not go to the track. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

WOW can't believe how fast this works it awesome. This was my first post and just want to say thanks for helping out. Not sure if I will be lowering it because of speed bump I have to go over where I live. I wish they would just take that thing out. Anyways thanks again.

i live in nyc and there's a lot of bumps here too... it's not as bad as you think. the setup i gave ya is pretty conservative. if ya aren't lowering then might as well go with oem setup
