Quick little motor Q.

For those who have pulled out a 4A-G series engine, out of the 86's. Is it worth the time pulling the tranny out with the engine, or can I go at the engine by itself? I would rather the later as tools, and resources are not abundent.

Which one did you pick up?
What did it say on the valve cover in the marker?
and check the exhaust camshaft.
The engine which initially came with the black 86 had a blown engine.
The dizzy gears got stripped where it connects with the exhaust cam.
There was metal that went throughout the engine.
