Good thing you want to go with a very aggressive setup for track racing. However, in my opinion some of these would be overkill unless you want to do serious competitive track racing. Especially, when you consider XRS comes with a well tuned suspension, rigid chasis and steering wheel.
Having said that, last spring I had the opportunity to go in the stock class a few times and noticed only two things as the problem i.e. the stock Michelin tires being too narrow for tight cornering and the car's center of gravity being a bit too high, tougher brakes. This year, I will go in April with what I felt the car needed i.e.215mm wide Kumho ECSTA race track radials and lowered stance by 1.8 inches using H-Techs. However, I have not changed the brakes yet. The car already sticks to the road like velcro in tight turns so now I have to test it on the road course. I don't know if they will let me run in the stock class this year since I have some performance (now approx. 172 wheel hp) and suspension upgrades.
So my highest recommendations go to putting more aggressive and wide sticky rubber on, and lowering the SUV like center of gravity. Tougher brakes that can handle more abuse will also be handy. These two things alone will make the car handle top notch.
