A/C not working after deck change '97

I've got a friend who installed a new deck in his '97, and in the process somehow messed up his A/C system. He says basically the fan isn't blowing, and when he presses the A/C button nothing happens. He claims to have checked all the fuses and relays. I'll be looking at it tomorrow. Any ideas?

If new power connections were made check out the a/c fuses. Also look in the area where the deck was installed as electrical connections for the a/c could have been disturbed during the install.
