whoa.. I got lost in your question there..

The motors you're trying to swap are already fuel injected if that's what you're trying to say here, you swap the motor and you're basically swapping the whole system with it. What you will need to upgrade is probably your fuel pump to that of a fuel injected car, maybe even your fuel lines. As long as you get the whole motor, harness and ECU.

A swap like this could go from $2500-4000 depending on whether someone does the work for you or not, motor alone will cost you a good $1000-2000.

exactly, not sure if the sr5 and gts tanks differ like the ones on the ae92's. BUt efi tank for the baffles and pump and shove it on with some new fuel lines (you will need a return line). And your good to go.

if your talking about making the 4ac efi first, not worth the time if your going to swap it out.

well on my sr5 coupe i want to put on the 3sge from the altezza motor. i dont really care about how much it will cost. i just finish my suspension work and now im savign for the motor. im young, 17 years old but i work full time getting payed great and i have no bills so my accomplish ae86 is going good. here are some pictures of my parts that i have when they were in my room... and the rwd lsd disk brakes with the diff. : i swap them out of my old gts hatch. it was too rusted to fix. now i kinna regret selling it since i left the 16 valve 4age in there.

But like we said you would do the fuel pump and lines when you put the new motor in, not on the 4ac. Since I would assume the 4ac has a mechanic fuel pump since the 4af does.

Well like I was saying I wasn't positive. I know I was told the ae92 carb tank is missing the baffles to stop the fuel sloshing around. if you made a system to hold fuel for the efi system in the engine bay you could use the stock stuff. And actually with the lines it's BEST to run all new ones. You can use the pump off a supra I think. or is it celica...

or even an aftermarket pump will work. w/e the system doesn't use will go back through the return line you will have to run

FLASHMN put the pic up of the fuel canister system (I keep wanting to call it sump system? not sure why) he can do instead of swap the tank
