If you want to swap out the speedometers, its a little tougher, but just remove the front clear plastic (4 clips) then 3or4 screws for the gauge. Re-assmeble and you are done. (takes about 30-45 minutes taking your time cleaning stuff too) You'd be suprised how much dust/dirt gets back there.

Ok i am assuming that the wiring harness is already prewired into the back of the cluster...?
